WARRANTY

ALL AND ANY SHIPPING FEES ARE SUPPLIED OR PREPAID BY WATCH OWNER.
SHIPPING TO GSW CAN BE BY ANY MEANS AS LONG AS THE TIME PIECE IS PROTECTED. ,
SHIPPING BACK A RESTORED OR REPAIRED RESTORED TIME PIECE WOULD BE BY UPS TWO DAY AIR WITH INSURANCE AT THE FEE CHARGED BY SAME -CURRENTLY : APP 19,00 TO 25.00 [PR HA AK]

 


A ONE YEAR WARRANTY IS APPLIED TO YOUR WATCH AFTER RESTORE.

 

PARTS INSTALLED SHALL HAVE THE SUPPLY COMPANY OR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY EXTENDED BY GSW TO ONE YEAR ,. IN EVENT A PART INSTALLED DURING THE RESTORATION FAILS,   IT WILL BE REPLACED BY GSW FOR FREE. NO LABOR OR COST OF PART. IF THE OWNER, SUPPLIED THE PART, NO LABOR OWNER SUPPLIES PART OR GSW BILLS AT COST FOR PART

 

LABOR SHALL REMAIN  FREE THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF WARRANTY EXCEPTING CERTAIN EVENTS OR SITUATIONS.

 

DAMAGE DUE TO PATRONS MISUSE, DROPPING, ACCIDENTAL WATER OR LIQUID IMMERSION,  OR ROUGH HANDLING OR NEGLECT–IE LEAVING WATCH ON DASH FOR FULL DAY IN SUN–…PARTS AT COST OR SUPPLIED BY WATCH OWNER LABOR AT 50% POSTED.

 

INSPECTIONS, TIMING EVENTS, ADJUSTMENTS ARE FREE THE ENTIRE YEAR

 

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SCRATCHING, DAMAGING OR WEAR TO CASE OR BRACELET. OR BAND OR CRYSTAL DAMAGE. THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY

 

POLISHING PLASTIC AND ACRYLIC CRYSTALS IS FREE.

 

GLASS, SAPPHIRE MUST BE REPLACED IF SCRATCHED/DAMAGED.

 

ANY BREAKAGE OF PLASTIC, SAPPHIRE OR GLASS CRYSTALS PART ARE AT COST OR YOU SUPPLY, LABOR FREE. .

 

IF A PART NOT CHANGED BREAKS OR WEARS, – EXCEPTING WATER  OR MISUSE OR HANDLING  DAMAGE- IT SHALL BE REPLACED AT COST OR SUPPLIED WITH NO LABOR DURING FIRST 6 MOS. AT 50% OF POSTED LABOR. THE LAST 6 MONTHS.

 

DAMAGE BY MISHANDLING SUCH AS DROPPING OR OTHER SUCH CAUSE  PARTS AT COST OR SUPPLIED LABOR AT 50% POSTED.

 

THIS WARRANTY CAN BE VOIDED FOR MISTREATMENT

 

THE OPENING OF THE CASE BY ANYONE OUTSIDE OF GSW MAY VOID THIS WARRANTY UNLESS IT WAS APPROVED THROUGH THE GSW ONLINE TICKET SYSTEM BEFORE ACCOMPLISHED

 

ANY ATTEMPT OR ACCOMPLISHMENT, BY ANYONE OR ANY COMPANY, TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ANYTHING ON SAID TIME PIECE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY WITHOUT A PROPER TICKET APPROVAL MAY VOID THIS WARRANTY.

 

IF IN THE EVENT A WATCH WAS DROPPED IN WATER, OR WAS BREACHED BY WATER OR LIQUID, WAS DROPPED ONTO A HARD SURFACE, WAS LEFT IN A SITUATION OF EXTREME HEAT OR COLD, HAD ITS CRYSTAL BREACHED ,  WE REQUEST THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY OR WITHIN 24HRS. CONTACT GSW THROUGH THE GSW ONLINE TICKET SYSTEM FOR ADVICE ON HOW TO PROCEED.

 

OWNER MAY LOGIN THROUGH STANDARD URL INTERNET PROCEDURE, OR USE A DEVISE SUCH AS PHONE, IPAD OR BOOK. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOUID THIS WARRANTY.

1 BRING WATCH TO A JEWELER TO OPEN CASE

 

2 DRY UNDER HOT LIGHT KEEPING WATCH AT LEAST 12 INCHES FROM BULB

 

3  SEND TO GSW TWO DAY IF POSSIBLE, IF HIGH END TIME PIECE OVER NIGHT

 

THESE IS NO CHARGE AT ALL TO RE-SERVICE YOUR MOVEMENT UNDER THIS SITUATION IF THE ABOVE IS FOLLOWED AND YOU DELIVER THE TIME PIECE WITHIN 72 HOURS.

 

YOU MUST LOG-IN TO TICKET SYSTEM AND ADVISE GSW WHEN THIS EVENT OCCURS, FAILURE TO NOTIFY WITH 24HRS MAY VOID THIS WARRANTY

UNLESS SOMETHING IS WRONG, GSW WILL SERVICE AT NO COST AND SHIP AFTER THREE DAYS OF TESTING.ANY DELAY IN THIS PROCEDURE, COULD BE COSTLY./
